What type of catering services do you provide?
We can organize your entire event.
This includes site selection, logistics, rentals, linens, décor, all food and
complete beverage service, and staffing.
What is your catering menu?
All catering menus are created and
customized from scratch, based on client input regarding theme, preferences and
budget.
What do you charge for catering?
We work on a wide range of events,
from informal to elegant, so naturally the cost will vary depending on the size
and sophistication of the event. We will work with you though, to create the
best event that works within your budget. Basically, costs are broken out into 8
categories: food, beverage, rentals, labor, linen, décor, service charge and
taxes.
What is included in your cost?
This depends on the extent of our
service. We can produce the entire event or assist with a portion of it and
coordinate with other vendors and providers.
What does the “service charge”
include?
The service charge is calculated as
17% of the food and beverage totals and covers costs such as additional labor,
chefs, fuel, insurance, transportation and gratuities.
Do you require a deposit?
A 10% deposit is generally required,
but negotiable.
Can I order just a couple of
items to serve with what I’ve already made?
Absolutely. Our service is
customized to meet your needs. We can be there to assist or just drop off the
requested food and beverages.
Do you provide bar service?
We carry a Type 58 caterer’s permit,
which allows us to serve alcohol anywhere in the state of California.
How far do you travel?
We are centrally located between San
Jose and Monterey and are willing to travel anywhere to provide catering
services to our clients. We frequently manage events at Stanford University in
Palo Alto as well as in the Pebble Beach/Carmel Valley areas. We’ve also
provided catering for the San Francisco 49ers and have traveled as far as
Arizona and Idaho. There are no limits.
